Meet Chris

Master Boxing instructor with 25 years of experience as well as being a Personal Trainer with 7 years of professional experience.

"I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey."

Services offered include: Boxing skill sessions or classes Boxing/ kickboxing fitness classes with emphasis on Strength Training/ cardio/learning the sweet science of boxing. The classes are 60 minutes Personal Training: one on one or in a group setting. Sports Specific Training that includes, Agility Strength Training and Conditioning for that athlete’s respective Sport.
